Phase 1 · Prepare

Set up & add products

  1. Register your winery or distillery. Create your account with your company and contact details.
  2. Add your products. Enter each wine or spirit / SKU you want to submit.
  3. Upload labels. Front label for every product.
  4. Billing details. Add your billing info so we can prepare the invoice.
Phase 2 · Pay

Invoice & payment

  1. Receive your invoice. After review, your invoice appears in your panel.
  2. Make the payment. Payment is required before the next steps.
  3. Get your documents. We provide QR codes or shipping instructions when needed.
Phase 3 · Ship

Send & track

  1. Ship your samples. We tell you where and when to send 2 bottles per wine SKU and 1 bottle per spirit SKU.
  2. Track everything. Tracking and updates are shown in your panel.
  3. Get your scores. When available, scores are uploaded with promotion guidance.

One flat fee per wine or spirit / SKU submitted. The same price applies wherever Wine Enthusiast assigns the review — no difference by destination.

Before you start

A few important points to keep in mind.

  • Do not ship samples before receiving authorization from 3P Wine.
  • 2 bottles per wine SKU and 1 bottle per spirit SKU are required when instructed.
  • If bottles are broken, lost or damaged, replacement bottles and additional shipping costs are the producer's responsibility.
  • Once samples are shipped to the assigned Wine Enthusiast destination, 3P Wine is not responsible for tasting timing, review timing, damaged or lost samples, or decisions made by Wine Enthusiast.

Can I submit wines to Wine Enthusiast without a U.S. importer?
Yes. Wine Enthusiast accepts wines and spirits that are not imported into the United States, so you no longer need a U.S. importer to be reviewed. 3P Wine takes care of the submission from start to finish for producers in that situation.
How much does it cost to submit a wine?
A flat fee of $395 per wine or spirit / SKU. It covers submission support, administrative review, documentation coordination, shipping instructions and the shipment to the destination Wine Enthusiast assigns. Two wines are $790, three are $1,185, and so on.
How many bottles do I need to send?
Two bottles per wine SKU and one bottle per spirit SKU. Only send them once we have confirmed the address and given you the shipping authorization.
Where do I ship the samples?
We tell you exactly where to ship once your submission is confirmed. Wine Enthusiast assigns a destination depending on the origin of the product, so the address is not always the same. Please do not ship anything before receiving our authorization.
Do you guarantee a score or a published review?
No. Wine Enthusiast tastes blind and decides independently on the score and on whether a review is published. What 3P Wine guarantees is that your submission is prepared correctly and that your samples reach the right destination.
Who can use this service?
Wineries and distilleries outside the United States that want a Wine Enthusiast review and do not have a U.S. importer. If you already work with a U.S. importer, they can usually submit your wines directly.
